A drug intermediate, 27 kg. Grignard reaction involved. 2 months project, delivered in 1.5 months with significant process improvements regarding safety, reaction cycle and solvents.
Two drug intermediates, 3 kg each. NaHCO3 used to replace NaHMSD and BuLi. 2 months project, completed in 1.5 months. Major improvements achieved in 1-2 weeks.
A cancer drug intermediate, 13-step synthesis, overall yield 0.5%, after PGS work, a economic, scalable process developed, overall yield increased to 4.8% from 2.7%, scaled-up up 160 kg output .
